    Sildenafil attenuated the hypoxia-induced downregulation of PPARγ expression and inhibited the hypoxia-induced upregulation of TRPC and Ki67 expression in <t>HPASMCs.</t> (A) HPASMCs were identified by immunofluorescence staining for α-SMA in cells grown under normoxic conditions.
